Overview
Vasl Health is a web-based platform. No software installation is required for any portal. The platform runs in any modern browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile ? with specific minimum versions noted below.
No App Download Required
The Member App, Coach Portal, Client Org Portal, and Super Admin Dashboard all run in the browser. Members access the platform at gotovasl.com through their organization's enrollment link. Coaches and org administrators access their portals directly at their assigned portal URLs. No installation, no app store.
Supported browsers
All major modern browsers are supported. Keep your browser updated ? the platform uses current web standards and older browser versions may experience display or functionality issues.
Chrome
Recommended. Version 100 or later. Best performance and fullest feature support across all portals.
Firefox
Version 100 or later. Fully supported across all portals.
Safari
Version 15 or later (macOS Monterey and above). Safari on iOS 15+ supported for mobile access.
Edge
Version 100 or later (Chromium-based Edge). Legacy Edge (non-Chromium) is not supported.
Internet Explorer
Not supported. IE is end-of-life and incompatible with the platform. Users must upgrade to a supported browser.
In-app browsers
Not recommended. In-app browsers (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) may restrict cookies and storage in ways that affect the session. Open the platform link in a standalone browser.
Mobile devices
The Member App is optimized for mobile and provides the best experience on a current-generation smartphone. Coach Portal and Client Org Portal are primarily designed for desktop but are functional on tablet in landscape orientation.
iOS
iOS 15 or later ? iPhone 8 or newer. Safari (iOS) or Chrome (iOS) recommended. Older iOS versions may experience layout issues.
Android
Android 9 or later. Chrome for Android recommended. Older Android versions may experience performance issues with real-time features.
Tablet
iPad (iPadOS 15+) and Android tablets with a screen width of at least 768px. Landscape orientation recommended for Coach Portal and Org Portal use.
Screen size
Member App: 375px minimum width. Coach Portal and Org Portal: 768px recommended minimum for full layout. The VLAP signal panel is designed for 1024px+ screens.
Connection and bandwidth
Minimum
1 Mbps download / 0.5 Mbps upload ? sufficient for basic text-based features including check-ins, messaging, and peer groups.
Recommended
5 Mbps or higher ? required for video sessions and smooth loading of the Coach Portal dashboard with signal context panels.
Mobile data
4G LTE or 5G recommended. 3G connections may experience delays with real-time coaching features. The check-in feature works on lower-bandwidth connections.
School networks
Vasl Health uses standard HTTPS on port 443. The domain gotovasl.com should be whitelisted on school content filters. Contact your implementation lead if the platform is blocked by your network firewall.

Screen readers
NVDA with Firefox (Windows), JAWS with Chrome (Windows), VoiceOver with Safari (macOS/iOS), TalkBack with Chrome (Android).
Keyboard navigation
Full keyboard navigation supported across all portals. Tab order follows logical content flow. Skip-to-content link available on all pages.
Text sizing
Browser text size settings (up to 200%) are respected without loss of functionality or content overlap.
High contrast
Platform responds to OS-level high contrast settings. A high contrast mode toggle is available in Member App settings.

Accessibility Issues
If you encounter an accessibility issue with any part of the platform, contact accessibility@vaslhealth.com. We treat accessibility issues as bugs, not feature requests, and prioritize them accordingly.
Troubleshooting
Platform won't load or shows a blank page
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload. If the issue persists, try a different browser. Check that JavaScript is enabled ? the platform requires it.
Login isn't working
Confirm you're using the correct enrollment link from your organization. Try clearing cookies for gotovasl.com specifically. If using a school device, confirm the domain isn't blocked by your network filter.
Coach messaging isn't updating in real time
This feature requires a stable connection of at least 3 Mbps. Try refreshing the page. If on mobile, check signal strength or switch to Wi-Fi.
VLAP signal panel not loading in Coach Portal
The signal panel requires a 1024px+ screen width. On smaller screens, access it via the member detail view rather than the dashboard panel. Also ensure browser zoom is at 100%.
Billing export won't download
Check that your browser allows downloads from gotovasl.com. Some corporate network settings block downloads ? contact your IT team to whitelist the domain if needed.
Platform blocked on school network
Contact your IT administrator to whitelist gotovasl.com and *.vaslhealth.com on port 443. Your Vasl implementation lead can provide a network allowlist document for your IT team.
If your issue isn't listed here, contact support@vaslhealth.com with your browser version, device type, and a description of what you were doing when the issue occurred. Screenshots help.
